STORAGE CONDITION
Must be kept in frozen compartment of refrigerator at or below -18℃.
If frozen again after defrozen, the taste and quality maybe changed.
If the product is not serve at a time, please seal the wrapper firmly.
COOKING DIRECTION
Steam - No need to defrost. Remove wrapper, put Xiao Long Bao on plate and steam for about 8 minutes and serve.
Shallow-Fry - Remove wrapper and shallow-fry Xiao Long Bao (with about 15ml of oil) until the bottom is golden brown(about 4 minutes), then add hot water (about 100ml) to cook with lid on until nearly all the water is evaporated (about 4 minutes), and serve.
