COOKING DIRECTION
Suggested Serving (8 pieces) :
No need to defrost
Pan Fry : Remove wrapper. Remove seasoning vinegar pack and spicy sesame oil pack, set aside. Add about 300ml of water into pan and cook until boil in advance. Place Japanese Gyoza into pan with lid and cook about 7 minutes or until water is almost evaporated. Pan fry gyoza until the bottom turns golden brown colour with 10 ml of cooking oil. Suggest to serve with vinegar sauce and spicy sesame oil.
Deep Fry : Remove wrapper. Remove seasoning vinegar pack and spicy sesame oil pack, set aside. Place Japanese Gyoza into hot oil (around 165°C) and deep fry for about 5 minutes or until golden brown colour and serve. Suggest to serve with vinegar sauce and spicy sesame oil.
