COOKING DIRECTION

No need to defrost.
Microwave : Cut out wrapper and take out 2 soya sauce packs, set aside. Place Fish Shao Mai with packaging in the centre of microwave oven. Heat at high power and serve. Suggest to serve with soya sauce. Please refer to the table to vary heating time depending upon your microwave oven.
Steam : Remove wrapper. Take out 2 soya sauce packs, set aside. Steam Fish Shao Mai for about 8 minutes with the original steamable tray and serve. Suggest to serve with soya sauce. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment.
