No need to defrost.

Microwave : Cut out a corner of wrapper. Place Mini Glutinous Rice Dumpling pack in the centre of microwave oven. Heat at high power and serve. Please refer to the table to vary heating time depending upon your microwave oven.

Steam : Remove wrapper. Steam Mini Glutinous Rice Dumpling for about 20 minutes (3 pcs) or 25 minutes (6pcs) with the original steamable tray and serve. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment.
