COOKING DIRECTION
Suggested Serving (8 pieces):
No need to defrost.
Steam : Cut wrapper open. Steam Qingdao Steamed Dumpling for about 15 minutes with the original steamable tray and serve. Please vary heating time depending upon your heating equipment.
Pan Frying : Cut wrapper open. Add about 10 ml of cooking oil into pan in advance. Place Qingdao Steamed Dumpling into pan and pan fry about 1 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown colour with slow heat. Add 100 ml of water into pan with lid and cook about 10 minutes or until water is almost evaporated, and serve.
